DELIVERY POLICY

· All prices are exclusive of delivery.
· Collection from our shop at 2 St Georges Close, London NW11 0LT is free of charge.
· We aim to ship the majority of our products in the UK within 3 to 5 working days.
· All products in the UK are sent by Evri. Delivery charges vary according to the size and weight of the product.
· If you would like something shipped to a destination outside the UK, please contact us at info@roeyembroidery.co.uk and we will let you know the shipping cost.
· Should you require your gift to arrive in time for a special date, please do email or phone us and we will do our best to get your product to you in time.
· If a parcel does not arrive please contact us and we will try to help. However Roey Embroidery cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels once they are shipped.
· Should a parcel be unclaimed & subsequently returned to Roey Embroidery, we will only re-send the parcel on receipt of an additional P&P charge.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, we will happily refund or exchange any order within 30 days of purchase provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will be unable to refund any products that have been removed from the gift wrapping. We are also unable to refund any personalised or bespoke product unless there is a fault with the product.

We will not accept returned items that are shipped, improperly packaged, or uninsured. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer.

If an item is accepted for return (or an order is cancelled), Roey Embroidery will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 14 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. The customer pays for the return postage.
