No, you don't need an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information for faster checkout in the future, track your orders, and view your order history.

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes — we deliver nationwide. Delivery charges vary depending on order size and location, and are clearly shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we primarily serve UK customers. However, if you’re abroad and interested in ordering, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can arrange.

How should I care for embroidered items?

Wash inside out at 30°C, avoid harsh detergents or bleach, and line dry where possible. This will keep embroidery looking sharp for years to come.

Can I return customised items?

Because embroidered products are personalised, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a fault with the garment or stitching. If there is an issue, please contact us straight away.
